Cancellation & Lateness Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please be respectful of my time and other clients by reviewing the policy below. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit (if applicable). • 15-minute grace period: If you arrive 15 minutes late or less, your appointment will still be honored at no additional charge, provided time allows to complete the service. • 20 minutes late: Arriving 20 minutes or more late will result in your appointment being canceled and must be rescheduled. This is to ensure all clients receive the full quality service they booked. • No-shows: Failure to show up without notice may require a deposit to book future appointments or may result in refusal of future bookings.
